xtra tv 4w freezes a lot

can you pls do something with xtra tv, it freezes a lot. for example docubox hd and da vinci learning channels.

problem was with freezing, ecm was jumping higher than 4000ms and picture freezed for cca 10 seconds.
also, it look like fake ecm, ecm was goinng ok, but picture freezed, similar to sky it for example.

i can't get to work 3CSyslog, everything is configured i  firewall, reciever, pc, but no log...maybe this doesn't work in vu+ or open pli?

edit: i managed to get work 3CSyslog, mistake was that i put reciever ip in mgcamd config file instead of pc ip.

Right, as I explained earlier, if the price is not specified in the billing and the package is included in any VIP, it is not guaranteed and we do not accept any claims.

You know, you are the only one who has some problems with the package.
Do you know, that before posting on the forum and sending e-mails to the Moderator, it is good to check ping and route to the server during so-called freezes. How do we know - what is the problem and where is it, if ONLY YOU told about the problem? Nobody but you only told about the problem. So, I think, you have to check your internet first, read the forum and look if any other tells about the same problem, if any. When the problem is "global", i.e. a lot of users tell about the same things at once, we take corresponding measures. But, unfortunately, you are alone with your problem, and I think, that you have to check your firmware (emulator), internet connection, etc. - maybe, you will need to reflash your receiver and the problem will disappear.

i think my internet is ok, 99% of channels and providers work fine. i had issues only with few channels on other satellites and with this xtra tv on 4w.
i have 10 mbit download, ping to servers below 50ms, i think my net is pretty good, very rarely i have problems with connections.
and for example, sky de nds works very good, and it is more sensibile to internet connection than xtra tv.

but xtra tv is pretty good now

OK, Moderator is aware of the yesterday's problem, but as the package comes without guarantee, we can do nothing. May be good one day, and not very good - the other day. Package is not guaranteed.
