No image from yesterda VIP Hot Bird on NC+ pay canal

My login:mcserwis i have VIP HotBird subscription and from yesterday I have black screen on NC+ (polish) about 2AM screen freezing and now no image on pay canal on all NC+ platform. My decoder Dreambox 800 hd SE show that connect with server and decode ping time is <60ms but still black screen. FTA working good. I still can login to the cardsharing server site and I didnt see any ban or something. I tried re-flash decoder and setup everything again but still the same issue.
Could you help me and check what is going on ?

Did you try to reboot your receiver?
What else are you using for CS except for Dreambox 800 hd SE?
What is the image?
What is the emulator used?
What are your settings?
Do you use our recommended config files?
Finally, we need a log file to analyze your problem.

Yes i tried restart  and made full flash.
I have only dreambox 800 hd se nothing more.
I have Newnigma2 by ramimaher.
Emulator mgcamd 1.38 and yes i use all files from your site.
i dont know how to make log file.
i dont think that it could be decoder or setting problem because everything working good we looking some movie and image frozed as normal from time to time and we wait 10 min and i tried to restart mgcamd but black screen. I dont made any changes when this issue started it apeard in time when we looked long time one canal.

It is look like i received a ban but not emial from cardsharingserver for what and how long or any information on site. I didnt have my tv since 2 days.

I try now open new account but when I try to choose NC+ is no price and I cant buy package the same is in Digital+HD and HelloHD and couple of other packages ?

Well, if you have not received any messages re: ban, you are not banned for sure. If you have no notifications when entering the billing (www.cardsharingserver.com), you are not banned. Use mgcamd 1.35(a) and try again. And, finally, read the forum, what is recommended (emulator section).
I think, you have problems with IP, check if it is constant or not. What is your current subscription?
I insist that you read at least FAQ section of the forum.
