When adjusting your receiver, please pay attention to the connection history (it is in the billing). If you see there is no connection - it means that something's wrong with internet. If you see errors - learn, why they appear and try to eliminate them.
Moreover, name of receiver is not sufficient to render you assistance. We need more information - what is the firmware used, emulator (mgcamd or cccam or any other) and its version, log-file is also required.
So, you may freeze (suspend) your subscription at the moment and start with a free test. Take the test as many times as you like until your receiver works OK and you are sure that it can be used with our server further.
If everything is OK, then you may unsuspend your subscription and go on watching TV.
