Hello,
Could you please check user:zabka in your system.
This user hes problem with Polsat.
He has VIP lite and now +/- 5 days - him not work Polsat.
I tried his config in my box and same situation - not working.

I do not see any problems with Polsat sport channels as well as with all other Polsat channels.
Rescan satellite, check frequencies. Show your log-file.

Check if the username is accepted by the server.

Check if {B} parameter is OK for your receiver.
Also, in mg_cfg file, replace G: { 32 } with G: { 01 }, and add all information from the billing (My sunscription) to the newcamd.list

Login proces is for Cccam or MgCam EMU?

2. Disable Cccam emulator, use only MgCamd
3. newcamd.list is for MgCamd emulator, so your client needs settings for MgCamd emulator

The only thing I can advice is to re-flash receiver, and install everything again. There is NO problem with Polsat. I do not know where is the problem at your client's side. You see that forum keeps silence re:Polsat. Everything is working.
Pay attention to this sub-forum https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=53.0 where different receivers are discussed and read, what is the image (firmware) frequently used for CS. I think, something's wrong with EMU settings. Be sure that MgCamd 1.35(a) is installed, Cccam EMU shall be disabled. If your client is going to further use MgCamd via Cccam, be sure to check and replace G: { 32 } with G: { 01 } in mg_cfg, delete replace, ignore and priority lists (if any).

I yesterday test in my box VU+ and n secand box DM800se - another user config - with same subscription - VIP lite.

Other provideres is working normaly - Sky Deutchland HD 19E,ORF 19E,Bis France 13E,Adult channes , SKY link 23,5 E...

I have DM800HDse and have no problem. I use default config from our server. EMU installed - MgCamd 1.35 via blue panel. No ignore, priority.lists, no softcam.

So i reinstal my Vu plus and DM800se and Polsat still not work.
I tried setting form likra,Vhannibal, manual scan, fast scan atc...
Polsat not work.
So I thought my test config from your competition.
And eny problem.Polsat WORK 100%. (MgCamd and Cccam)
On conclusion - problem is in your system.
Plese check it.
I spand meny time with testting.....

If you think that the problem is in our system, contact Moderator (moderator(@)cardsharing.cc) and he will check what is wrong with our system. As for me, I do not see any problem with Polsat and with the channels you specified earlier. There is no complains from other users.

Everything was and is working, I do not see any problems. If you cannot set up your receiver properly by yourself, this is not server problem, sure. Ask anybody on the forum to assist you.

Other channales from Polsat packet NOT working.
