This is not screen from Polsat and there is no problem with PolsatHD however Polsat 2, Polsat Play and Polsat News 2 only sound is decoded. I haven't checked all of them but these 3 doesn't work for sure.

User have not specified - which programs in particular are problematic.
In which manner the question was asked, in this very manner the answer was given.
I rescanned 13E and checked Polsat 2, Polsat Play and Polsat News 2 channels, because it showed me NO SIGNAL.
After rescanning the channels, all of them are OK
