Hi
I have the Hotbird VIP and Sky Uk Subscription.
Everything was working fine (channels clearing) before I froze the account beginning of August 2013.
I have since unfrozen the account (end of August)and although Sky UK is working fine I can get very few channels on Hotbird.
I haven't changed anything at my end. (and Sky on 28e is working fine)
I changed servers a couple of days ago but that hasn't helped.
I have re scanned the Hotbird channels.
Is there anyway you can check that my subscription for Hotbird has been unfrozen successfully.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I have been checking the channels today and non of the Adult/XXX channels -SCT-Hustler-Daring etc.(that are part of my subscription) are not working. I get an indication that the signal strength and quality are good, but am then stuck with "Scrambled Channel" I have left the channel on for over half an hour and it still has not cleared. I have more than one entry for most channels and I have tried each one all without success.
The Sky Channels on Hotbird clear and are stable.
There are not many others that open (apart from the free ones)
I am not sure what other channels I should be getting on Hotbird.

And should have added Nova and JSC 1 2 3 4 don't clear, but on checking your forum via FAQ, it appears that they are a bit hit and miss and not always guaranteed.
