Audio delay is not a problem of our server, this is a problem of provider. We can do nothing to resolve this problem. If you find any additional settings of your receiver image (firmware), try to manually change them by accurate adjusting audio (sound) delay.
One more advice - find any support forum of your receiver and read if similar problem occur and how to fix it.
Moreover, this is not a problem of UPC direct package, you had to post your message in Hardware topic of the forum where all models of receivers are discussed.
