Decrypt two channels

I just have a short question.
I use kodi with tvheadend and oscam.
Now I wonder if it is allowed to decrypt two channels from the same transponder at the same time with one receiver or if I have to stop it?

suma:
1 channel=1 subscription
At a time, you may decrypt only 1 channel. For 2 channels at once, you have to buy dual-login.

The question was stupid  ::)
It does not matter if two channels are watched or one recorded and one is watched.
Dual login is required.
