Requests for channel decoding above daily limit

Hi Suma,

Accident happened today, recording from MUTV and by mistake select ITV HD channels for few seconds.

daily limit of 874 was reached (limit is 866 I think).

Very sorry, it was genuine mistake, we are usually careful and I have been good customer for a few years now.
I hope I have not been banned?

I guess the best thing to do is purchase a dual login for my solo 4k?

If you want to watch one channel and record the other one at the same time- yes, you will need dual-login.

In case of ban, you will not be able to enter billing (www.cardsharingserver.com) and you will see the note that your account is banned. If you do not see this and you have picture on TV (CS is OK), then it's OK. Typically, server sends warnings by e-mail or you can monitor your violations, if any, in the billing (Connections history).

No ban thankfully, it was only for a few seconds the mistake was made.

I have done some reading and see that to activate dual login it is required to have zero active subscriptions.
It seems that pausing these active subscriptions is not enough to allow dual login activation?

So, 2 options:

(a) allow them to finish and then purchase dual login.
(b) email moderator to cancel subscriptions, credit will go back to account, buy dual login.

Hope this helps others not make the same issue.
