Duplicate Requests - Rule 4

I've just taken the top package and checked my statistics to check all was well.

Server is staking I am making duplicate requests in violation of rule 4.7

I followed the advice on the site and ensured my K line on the config was set at 07. I also saw some advice to try 05.

Neither seems to be making any difference.

I don't want to be fined or banned and I definitely want to solve the issue.
Can anyone give some more advice as to how I should resolve the issue?

Before giving you advice, I need to know what is your equipment and settings.
There's a million of receiver models and we are not going to play "spot the receiver" here...
