Need Help VIP HotBird not connected

hi, yesterday i made my first subscription on VIP HotBird from 02.12.2013 to   04.12.2013 Newcamd525 to test the service.

almost 18 hours from now and still disconnect from the server..

my receiver starsat sr-9000hd i  configured manually on Newcs/mgcamd puting all the five line provided in my account   (host/ tcp port
/des key /user name/ pass/ server type) ..

my     Username - alikanj1976

and when i do ping the server sometime i got (4 failed packets 100% loss), (2 failed packets ,50 % loss) or (75% loss).

and i didn't change the recommended  server.
if there anything else i should i do to get connected let me know

Hi,
We have now free test. You can take it also in the billing. The free test is for 1 channel only. You may use this type of test even every day, no limits, until you set up your receiver.
We also have Hardware section of the forum http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=34.0 where different models of receivers are discussed. Your question is more to that section, rather than to here, because there is no problem with VIP Hotbird, but it's a problem with your receiver, or internet connection, or maybe some other reason.
Are you using recommended config files from our server?

Hi Again , i will post 2 picture for what is happening.

i converted the CWS = line to N Line and inject them to my receiver through the usb port.


my receiver is linked to the internet from a Router Tplink which is linked also by Adsl Speedtouch Router.
my connection speed is around 1.65mbps download/ 512kbps upload.

the first picture will show u my configuration for server 1 N line
which is disconnected all the time.

i ping the server (i hide the real server ip) and i always get packet error

i tried the two servers (first one i had 100% loss packet the other one is 25% loss packet).

i need to know if my connection speed is acceptable by the server or there is some configuration from my router that block the server ip


NB: i used to test or buy  n or c line from other sharing site its all work fine and when i ping their host ip i got a successful reply with zero packet loss.

Hi,
I think, you must check your router configuration. If firewall is preventing it, disable your firewall for the server used.

From my location, ping is almost ideal:

Unfortunately, we don't care about other CS servers, we care only about our users in order for them to ping our server successfully.
Probably, the reason for your inability to connect our server is recent ddos-attack

You may connect our Moderator to check if everything is OK with your IP (when writing to him, please specify your IP address, he will check).
Bwt, check your router configuration and disable firewall, if any.
