Problems with watching encrypted channels on Openbox s11

I'm using MgCamd on my OpenBox S11, I have put the details in from my accounts page and I'm suing server 3. When I change to an encrypted channel the mgcamd logo turns green to say its connected to your server, however no picture is shown on the screen and no audio but I can see the subtitles. FTA channels show perfectly. I have used another test line and that works OK. I have also tried another firmware and this hasn't solved the problem.

I have used your replace and ignore list but I then I get "scrambled" on every channel.

Describe your problem in detail, including

1. your equipment (model of receiver, DVB card, etc),
2. protocol (camd3 or newcamd - recommended),
3. your subscription;
4. software used for sharing (emulator, plug-in);
5. Log-files are desired.

have the same problem but its only with this server and only with mgcam...

saying its unscrambled but black screen and no sound (subtitles do work)

anyone had this resolved?
