What is your problem? What do you mean by "my new subscription has not been opened"? Why are you posting in |Problems with payment" sub-forum? Do you have any problems with payment or you have problem with watching SkyUK?

I deposited funds and then bought a 1 month subscription but when I refer to transaction history it keeps showing transferring €11 to my account. My account is now empty so I cannot purchase another subscription. You cab see from the account that I have tried to buy up until 15.12.2017 but confirmation is not there.

From Czech Republic is not possible to pay by Visa card. I tried every possibilities from my billing (Interkassa, Ligpay).

Im received a attention from carsharing about my pay for one full year. Im ready check my bank statement and it was pay successful pay ,also Im paye again today after twice for that so please rectify that. because at the moment Im pay over 100 usd.Why I have to paye twice( mar82)
