Hello,
I have problem with VIP Porno package. Couple programs has no signal and other which signal has not working (just black screen). Ping on server is successful. Package is paid for whole year.
1. Username in the billing: snow
2. Equipment (model of receiver, DVB card, etc) : ARIVA 202E
3. Emulator: don't know
4. Subscription: VIP Czech and VIP Porno for 1 year
5. software used for sharing: don't know
I will be glad for any help because it is not convenient to pay for subscription and it is not working.

Hi, ask the users with Ariva receiver, how they watch XXX channels and what are their settings.
Do you have a satellite dish physically tuned for Hotbird satellite?

Yes, I had this package purchased for whole last year and I did not change the settings after I prolonged subscription.
The package was working after I prolonged subscription but for last couple weeks is the situation what I described in my previous post.
HD channels + one or two showing no signal on TV and other has good signal but just black screen. I tried set up main and back up server too - same situation on both.

Well, just wait if anybody with Ariva will help you, because there is no problem with XXX channels. Maybe the problem is in the firmware. Check if the latest one appeared for Ariva receivers.
