Hi,
on Astra 19.2 I can view the Canal Digitaal channels on their old frequency (for example RTL4, tp 12344) via my VIP Astra subscription, but transmission on this transponder will stop. The channels are showing a rolling notification over the screen, advising to reload the channel list, and start using the new frequencies.
The channels on the new frequency are however not getting decoded.
New channel information, unable to decode:

I've not yet found a way to download a log file from my receiver, it only appears on the screen, providing a CW failed error.
Could you please check, and enable the new frequency on your servers?

When you tell about new parameters of the channel, you are requested to provide these parameters (frequency, etc).
