What has happened to More4 and Channel 4? All I can see is subtitles running. No sound, no picture.

I live in scandinavia and used to watch those channels on Astra 2A. I cannot receive signal from Astra 1N. I'll try to google the solution to my problem.

my suggestion: YES, ask TV company, why your CS is not working on your Channel 4 HD configuration - I am sure it will not take long until you get professional help :-((

Are you sure that cards were purchased via TV Company? Typically, they are purchased via internet shops (various sellers, not directly from the company). If we contact TV company, investigation will start with all consequences... Do you understand?

Which emulator you are trying to use with OUR server? You have NO signature, you did not specify your receiver, you have not provided any log-file. What kind of advice are you expecting from us?

All Channel 4 channels (including HD and SD) are FTA! They are coming without any encryption. What are you talking about?
All of them are coming either from Astra 1N or from Astra 2F (Channel 4 HD) and all of them are FTA!

If you mean any particular channel- please provide its details- frequency, etc etc including SID (if it is encrypted channel).

Hi!

Please, don't get me wrong. I've been very happy with this service. Before I used to watch free UK channels, but 2 years ago signals to Scandinavia was stopped. They are aimed strictly to United Kingdom.
First I tried to buy SKY UK box and official service, but they didn't sell to foreigner. Earlier this year I found this service.  I've been watching these encrypted SKY channels on Astra 2A 12480 V, 27500 2/3. I have 2 boxes, gigablue and azbox and both with mgcamd from very beginning. Both these channels have been fine until 2 weeks ago.

The encrypted channels are working (must work for you too). This issue was discussed with the Moderator yesterday, I insisted to check the channels. The reply was: working.
Ask other users to check these channels (i mean, the encrypted ones).
