Paid for channels keep freezing?

Hi the past few days my server has been really bad all the paid for channels for example the sports I watch something and every 2-3 second it keeps on freezing then working. This is keep on happening I restarted my modem and everything still no luck  ?

The reason of your freezes is your SkyBox. Use proper firmware. What is the version of MgCamd you use? Only 1.35 is recommended.

The box seems fine and I think i got the latest firmware its scooby snacks and the software version is 3601HD_19_11_2012_0B27. What do you do you mean version of MgCamd could I check which one I'm using?

This is YOUR receiver, not mine. I have no idea how to check it in SkyBoxes - you have to know it better

I don't have a clue about it. This the reason why I have come on this forum to get some assistant :/

For the moment my subscription is running out so I will prolong that for another 3 months and I'm on server 1 I'll change it to server 2 or 3 and we will see what happens from there hopefully this problem gets fixed.
