Channels say scrambled after 15-20 minutes?

Hi I have got the UK Sky + HD package and I am on server 5 at the moment. I have had this package for around 4 months first few months it was fine but recently I have been watching the sports channels and the first 15-20 minutes they be fine and after that within every 20 seconds the channels keep saying scrambled or keep freezing? It would be great if you could fix this problem for me thanks.

Subscriptions is Sky + HD UK
I don't know what my model of receiver is, software used for sharing and log file as I am new sorry about that.

Hi,
Your receiver is Skybox F3 with 3601HD_19_11_2012_0B27 firmware and MGCAMD emulator.
I wonder, how you could watch the package within 4 months before, if now, with the same settings and same configuration, it does not work for you... Maybe, you took the package from other CS-server?

Hi,
I had the package for around 4 months i took a 3 month server out first then I prolonged it for 1 month and I also changed the server first I was on server 1 now I am on server 5.

If you think that the reason is in the server, change it. What is the problem?

I am also getting reports from a couple of referrals that they are also getting freezing/scrambled every 20 seconds on server 5. I have tried to change the server but unfortunately Server 5 is the only one that is available in the Servers list, so I can't change there subscriptions over to one of the other servers.

Can you let me know why??

Hi,
Today, you are the first who is telling on freezing/scrambled channels. You have to think of the firmware used, or internet connection in your area. Without description of the equipment of your referrals and log-files, i can tell nothing. You also did not specify which particular channels are freezing. Have you checked if they are duplicated channels?
