The picture falls apart every ~10sec

Hi chaps,

started to happen today. Before today all was normal. Today all sky channels get stuck for a second every 10 seconds. 
I have no idea why but I have a feeling that server is not sendind data fast enough.
Ping reply time is around 15ms, so it is not related to speed of my connection.
The log is attached. BTW I tryed with two clients - csplugin and acamd. The result is the same.

We recommend using CSC plugin, no other CS or Acamd, or whatever...

Sorry i meant i use csc plugin.  Look at the log please. 
You can clearly see it is csc.  How abiut my issue though?

I have no idea which version of CSC is used. Do you know that there are 4 different versions? Try each of them

Yes I Know what version I am using - 4.0.4 and it was working all time until yesterday. Yesterday I could not watch anything on Sky Sports. F1 and EPL were out for me.
I do not change my configuration for months already so I assume I have right to think that the problem might be on your side too.
I am using you service for quite some time already and it works most of the time alright. Today everything is working again perfectly and again I did not change anything on my side!
Have you looked at the logs before offering me to install four different versions?
I would really appreciate if you could really try to figure out what was it. It is really nasty to realise  that F1 final could not be watched few minutes before the race begining.
So it would be really nice if this can be avoided in future.

Ok folks nobody was complaining because it was not so bad i guess. Look at it now! It is just a disaster! How about taking it a little more serious? I am bagging since a week already!

Just for your info if it matters: I have several subscriptions. German SKY and Deutschland HD are working flawlessly!
So you cannot tell me it is a problem on my side!

The ecm times are like 3-4 times bigger than usual. Interruptions every few seconds... My usual response time is around 200ms

If response time is 700ms or higher, freezes will be recorded.

That I know but my ping is 25ms => the long ecm response time problem must be with the server.
Several people in the forum are complaining from a similar issue.

I am with rudy.  The issue is for sure on the server side. One more coin for that theory is that my other two subscribtions are working fine! If it would be on my side or on the net i should expirience the same issue with all subscribtions.
By the way changing the server from 3 to 2 did not help.
More info: it is very bad right now on all sky sports hd channels but sky 1 hd works perfectly.

I too have problems with Sky Uk using MGCamd.

The past couple of days, the picture breaks up every 20 seconds or so.

Ping times to serv2 are low, 30ms on average.

What is the problem?  It is unusable like this.

hey all... i noticed you can watch sky uk without freezing with responses up to 700ms... my picture freezes every 10 seconds as well but my timings are around 200 - 300ms, and i cannot get it to work, tried all sorts of plugins from csc, wincsc, acamd, everything and it still the same, used it with mytheatre and progdvd, nothing seems to work without freezing, ping serv2 is around 29ms! what is wrong with my setup? any idea?

Hi,
Typically, picture quality depends on the codecs installed in your PC. If you experience freezes, then check your system. Less and less people are currently using DVB cards because it's a headache. Buy normal receiver which is able to open HD and MPEG-4 channels and watch SkyUK and other good packages without problem.

i am having the same problem and it has been happening since december, i am due to renew my yearly sub in a few months but its all falling down at the last moment, any reason why? i have 60mb cable internet with 10mb up and its hardly used only my missus uses it for facebook so thats not the problem and i have not changed anything since day 1 and it worked flawlessly for a good few months.

Which problem do you have?
Which equipment (receiver, DVB card) are you using?
Which image, emulator, protocol are used?
And, finally, where is your log-file?
Do you think, I am magician to see through the walls and identify all your problems? We are not a circus here, and PARTICULAR data are required to study your problems. Without all the above, don't wait for any assistance.
Expressions like "i have 60mb cable internet with 10mb up" are not accepted. You may have 100mb cable internet or whatever. Some people use mobile internet and are using it without problem.

Hope you read the forum and are aware of how to ask particular questions in order to receiver particular answer.
