IP disabled due to server violation help

I have recieved this email for the past two nights, yesterday morning I updated the newcamd list to the one in my subscriptions but I still got the warning again this morning and I have no service. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi,
You have to better know what are you doing wrong. You have not conpleted signature, as requested on the forum, you have not provided your detalis - what is receiver, protocol, emulator, etc etc
And you are asking me what are you doing wrong as if i am magician and can see through the distance...
Update your profile and do everything what  is requested on the forum.
