Black screen with sky it

Hi,
From yesterday that I have black screen on all sky channel.

Unfortunately, I cannot check HD channels as weather is too bad (storm and cloudy). But even in bad weather, SD channels work OK for me.

Hi. This week Sky IT transferred many channels to new frequencies SD and HD. From that time many channels stopped working (probably new SIDs). Could you please take a look and enable all, thank you.

Yesterday evening, SkyItalia was fixed. I checked it by myself.
To check your user, i need a log-file and full description of equipment and settings.

Thanks, I fixed my problem. The problem was DNS of my provider.
I have a decoder without log file, then I have problem to check the real problem.
