Impossible to Pay

Just want to add info, if you're not receiving SMS, on the right is icon CHAT, click on it, type your name/problem and they fix it in a second, just played two days with this, registered webmoney, registered passport, nothing happened, still cannot pay with it, interkasa with fixed sms was superfast. It's now my preferred payment.

Dear Suma,

I have always appreciated your work as a support person in this forum during my three years here, but this is not the way to approach a paying customer (who is willing to pay even more!), because if you ask this, then they'll be asking you: "Why other servers CAN implement PayPal system, and you CANNOT?"
In fact, after having a nightmare week trying to deposit money in my account using every possible (and dangerous) way, I'm now fed up with all those russian error messages and am unfortunately moving to one of many PayPal using servers that I came across during my Google searches for figuring out how to transfer money with one of your payment systems.

I hope they're as great as you in terms of quality and support. So far so good, but only time will tell.

Thank you once again for your sincere help with every problem I had during my stay, I hope you'll have more accessible payment systems for non-russian people in the future.

I also try with onpay.ru.
I Enter my credit card details and email adress and phone number - afterwards visa verify pop up as usual and Enter my normal code, that I always use when shopping on the internet

but than the following comes

Your payment has been rejected due to merchant security settings. За дополнительной информацией необходимо обратиться по телефону +7-495-987-19-60 или электронной почте

Have tried to contact support, but they not answering ? - maybe they don´t understand english?

I was the original starter of this thread and have successfully used the OnPay.ru and the same credit card
many times since July 2012.

NOW, when I try to use it, in an identical way, after the card verification stage I get the same
response as rossoneris

"Your payment has been rejected due to merchant security settings. За дополнительной информацией
необходимо обратиться по телефону +7-495-987-19-60 или электронной почте"

I have changed nothing.......but now I'm back to doing the "Russian Polka" to get money into the system.
I have two weeks to sort this out.......before I have to find another "dance partner".

And yet suma can't understand why we have trouble paying.

I'll try it again in a few days but I'll sit on a different chair and type using a different finger or perhaps choose
a day  when Litvinenko is NOT in the news.

I'm quite sure that it all makes a difference.

I have also used onpay.ru since it was introduced and have now tried 4 different cards, but now get the same message:

But, I have now paid successfully with Interkassa by first linking my card in Liqpay and it was processed fine.

Thanks gusgorman.......the Interkassa (with linked card) worked.

It wasn't quite like suma's tutorial (I think that they have changed the web
interface) but, since I've become fluent in Russian, thanks to CS, I managed
to waltz through the card registration etc. 

The good thing was that Liqpay accepted my CaxtonFX card which is a
card I 'load up' with US Dollars for holidays. I feel less vulnerable using
this card as opposed to my bank or credit card.

I have now had two cards replaced by my banks, due to making payments via OnPay.ru and LiqPay
Both banks have told me that the system is automatic and it sees payment to these two servers as fraudulent. They informed me that due to the HIGH number of fake transactions All payments to the RU may be stopped by there automatic systems and the payment card cancelled and a new one issued.

I have been a customer and re seller for many years, but now I can no longer deposit any funds. Up Until Onpay changed there system I had no problems but as they now direct you to LiqPay when you select card payment this alerts the bank.

Is there any other way to make a card payment for people in the UK?

Its not just one bank this is two different banks that have stopped cards and told me the same thing. (RBS,HSBC)

(And my HSBC card was linked via the method on this forum.)

Hi Thanks for the reply,
Interkassa uses Liqpay and this is the problem Liqpay will soon be total banned by all UK banks. Onpay and Interkassa both use Liqpay.
as I said in my first post I have linked my card but it was still cancelled by the bank because the payment went via Liqpay.

If I cant pay via card then I will have to look at other servers, sorry.

I will try the Ukash and see what happens first.

As I said earlier in this thread, I use a CaxtonFX Dollar Card.
Caxton supply these cards free on application and they are linked to a bank
account which is used when you top-up via their webpage.
I "load up" my card with US Dollars (usually for US holidays) but it is accepted
by LiqPay and I feel happy that it has a limited amount of money on it in case
anything goes wrong.

Your lucky  as I take it you live in the USA?

However British banks are stopping most transactions over the internet that go to a RU web money site like Liqpay and Onpay.Ru. so this site is going to soon lose ALL its customers that have British Bank accounts and/or Credit cards, Unless then can come up with a fix soon.

As for Ukash this is a rip off they will only give 1.05USD for every 1.00GBP this makes the payment cost a lot more. They replied to my email saying that I had to email my voucher number back and they would do the rest at a cost!!!!!! that being as I have said 1.05USD for ever 1.00GBP I send.

Come on Get a payment site sorted for your British customers that works.....
