I have the problem, CS link does not work, programs encoded, timeout 12034ms, rejected group (0 ms)  (no matching reader ....

I red more about changes in cslink and i understood it wrong before.
They are turning off packackes and migrating clients to skylink. From circa 7.1.2013 they will turn off all payed packages. Since then will be cslink useless - just basic offer.

Would it be possible to change my subscription from cslink to skylink HD? Thats my suggestion.
Other thoughts we can discuss by PM.

We are happy that you are using our service, but we are not very happy that you don't read forum at all and don't provide your signature and log-file.
How do I know what is the reason why the package is not working for you? Or you think, that we are going to list 1,000 reasons why it is not working? This is your receiver, your settings, your internet, and you have to know better what happened.
Read the forum, start reading from FAQ: complete your signature and provide log-file, then we'll go on discussing your problems.

Hi I am a new user of the service. I have successfully connected to free sample of SkyLink HD 23W - channel Viasat History using cccam. After purchasing the package I am getting "channel encoded" message. History of connections reports only Keep Alive requests and no decoding requests (client reports to be connected and from history reports I suppose it really is connected). The only parameters I have changed (compared to free test) were: IP address of the server, username and password + disabled EMMs (btw I am getting the same result with EMMs on). Any hints what would be the problem? Thanks for a feedback in advance ;)

Hi,
Our service is designed to support satellite receivers, not built-in TV receivers. We are not aware of which firmware, which operating system, EMU etc. are installed within your device. You need to address your questions to specialized forums re: TV-tuners, not here.

My EMU is running in Diablo CAM module. TV gets it connected through CI interface, so the TV set does not know about EMU being used. I would expect at least Viasat History to work if it was working in free sample mode. What makes the difference between free sample and paid usage of the same channel?

Use cccam. You have configured it somehow? How? Use the same cccam settings from the billing.
You know, in common receiver, after you changed any information re: subscription, emulator reboot is required. Have you rebooted your cccam?

Thanks for fast answers. The way it is put together is this:

TV SET <--- Diablo Cam module <--- Underworld firmware with EMU <--- CCCam connect to your service

Steps I have performed:
1. downloaded free, time limited cccam configuration sample for Astra 23W - channel Viasat History - https://www.cardsharingserver.com/index.php?module=test
2. took the config line from the sample in form "c: IP port login pass" and wrote it to cccam.cfg of diablo CAM module
3. plugged the module to TV and started watching the sample channel (Viasat History SD)

4. purchased the subscription Astra HD 23W and repeated steps 2.,3. with updated config values provided after registration and purchase

Unfortunately it did not work even though multiple restarts were performed - I am plugging and unplugging the CAM module only when TV set is powered off as it is on the back side of the unit that hangs on the wall.

That is why I am wondering what makes the difference between free sample connection and the commercial one...

It is absolutely no difference between the test line and commercial one, only in port No., server, login and password. If the test is (was) working for you, the full subscription must work too.
Typically, when the user has a problem, we ask him to provide the log-file of emulator operation. From the log-file (sample - https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=32632.0), it is clear - if your login-password are accepted by the server and the keys are received - no problem with CS. But if login-password and rejected and any error occurred - we can see where is the problem.
In your case, there is no log-file, there is actually nothing, from where we can see the problem and the reason(s). So, you will hardly receive any advice from us re:problem. We do not know what is the reason why free test was working for you and subscription - does not. There is not sufficient information. And we do not know how to configure your Diablo Cam module because it is not listed in our recommended plugins or emulators.
That is why I suggested that you have to look for an answer at specialized forums re: TV-tuners.
P.S. Looking at your connection history, there was only 2 requests from you to the server for the whole day. It means that your tv-tuner did not send any requests to the server. Chech, recheck, and recheck again whether you have put all your billing details (login, password, port No., server No.) correctly. Seems that emulator is not sending requests to the server.

Thanks, yes I saw the history of records. It seems ECM requests are not sent. It must have been sent during free test because viasat worked well. So the problem is probably linked to multiple channels or CAIDs. Is the card I am connecting to (skylink astra 23W) ICE card or pure CW card? I have found (in some forum) that combination of underworld firmware and ICE card does not work over cccam protocol. So then I should stick to newcamd and keep on trying.
