Hi,

I adquire a 3 day connection to test the service. I bought it to watch sports, specially spanish and champions league, specially barcelona. At the minute, I have all the channels working smoothly, but sky sports hd2 or sky sports 2. It works few seconds ann then freezes for several minutes. I would like to know if it is due to high demand to the server or any other circumstances. I am in the server 2 and ask to be swap to the server 1 in order to test it in the second half. I would like an answer to my problem because I was thinking to adquiere a long suscription and I was happy with the service till today's match.
