Hi my subscription is paid but channels are no longer working, all channels, not only HD, is there an issue?

Can you tell me if my account is active?
When i goto subscription it says is fine, I have not changed anything on my side, it is gone nearly a week now?
But i receive email saying :
Hello, obi1

Please be noted that your subscription will end at 2014-07-12
To avoid service suspension, you are required to extend your
subscription at http://www.cardsharingserver.com/, or disconnect from
our server.
Thank you for using our service.

But when I check subscription it says active until 27/07

Can you check?

You have to send e-mail to the Moderator of the server (moderator at cardsharing.cc) in order to find out if there is an issue from our side or yours. I will notify him as well.

Have you checked your transactions history?
Please provide screenshot from your billing, where it is said that your subscription is active till 27/07
