Dear users, some banks started to charge big fees for VISA/MASTERCARD payments to Ukraine / Russia payments. According to reports from our users this fee can be up to 30%. Currently the best exchange rate for payments thru Interkassa is payments thru RUB ( Russian Rubel). Please contact your bank to check the current fee to CIS countries. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

but at least I got it slightly cheaper than through LiqPay :D
