The problem is that liqpay is charging card in uah at ridiciulus rate to usd, even in you select usd/euro/rub in payment option.
Proof:
Amount transfered: 1usd
with liqpay fee it should be 1,05usd - you see that on payment summary page.
And the block is for 22.29uah
Current usd:uah rate
https://www.mastercard.com/global/currencyconversion/
1usd:15.810 uah.
So 22.29uah / 15.810 = 1,40usd. ~40% fee due to liqpay uah:usd exchange rate.
Cheapest way to pay if you have usd card is securepass, ' only' 17% fee...

Thanks, now I have twice sent for 5 euros and the result gives you the info:
€ 5 via paypal - from the account I wrote off € 5.09 as well as 10% = :) :) :) :)
5 euros through loqpay to Moscow - from the account I wrote off € 5.30 = :-\
Paypal is OK, it's not too bad, ugh ugh.
You will see how further, my personal opinion is the military conflict in the east.

I paid 45 USD yesterday. In interkasse me that calculated by the 50 € and the account I went € 66.6 What the F ...? through what is best to pay? (CZ / SK)
