Don't use proxy or VPN when paying. How do I know what was your last time when you paid?
We are not SecurePays, we are cardsharingserver.com, they have support, you may ask them what is the reason for refuse.

Suma, as usual you are great help on the forum, could you please tell me which payment method should I use in the UK, none of them seem to work... running out of subscription next week and would like to avoid any disruptions to the great service you guys provide!
