I sent a payment for username Jimbo of £30.90 from Interkassa and cannot see it in the balance. I contacted Interkassa and the say you have received the payment. Please advise.

We transferred forum and billing to the new servers, and at this very time, your transaction was lost. Now we found it in the manual mode and added your funds to your balance.

I have a same problem, i payed by interkassa.. this was the 3. time..
I did not receive my money to my card sharing account(Joelondon76)
I contacted them and got the same answer:

The payment 13722372 was credited in favor of     VisaMastercard    Adding money to account (Joelondon76) at 25.05.2013 23:43:50.
Please, contact with their support for receiving the service, tell them number of ik payment number for checking.
