1. Be sure that emulator is up and running
2. Check if internet is available and active in your receiver
3. Be sure that LAN-cable is connected to receiver and router
4. Restart router
5. Be sure that right nameserver (DNS) is specified in "Network settings" of your receiver, additionally to ip address, subnetwork mask and gateway. Typically, it is similar to ip address of the gateway. Either, you may add 8.8.8.8 to DNS field.
6. Compare sharing settings specified in your receiver with those provided in "My subscription" of the billing, be sure that emulator settings were not erased.
7. Be sure that letter register (smAll, CAPItAL) is correct in your login and password.
8. Be sure that in connection data of your receiver, there is no additional spaces or other symbols.
Check if your IP is blocked by the server or not. For this, run command line on your PC and type «ping servername». Instead of "servername" word, set domain name of the server. If you received response measured in milliseconds, your IP is not blocked by the server.
