Problem onpay?

Is there any  problem with onpay?
Tried to pay twice but didn´t work.

They have support: support@onpay.ru. If you have any problem, contact their support.

I have used OnPay for months now but today it failed merchant security settings. I was using my debit card, however it now says enter your credit card details so maybe you can no longer use debit cards. I will see what they say.

I tried a credit card and it has also failed. I have sent their support an e-mail so hopefully they can advise where the problem is.
