I want to buy sky but can't

I registered yesterday and deposited as I want to test the Sky UK package on Astra 28. But to purchase subscription option is in red and it keeps saying that I have to deposit.

I have deposited already, is there a minimum amount to deposit? As i say first I wish to test the service.

I have a dreambox 500s on gemini 1 image and cccam 2.0.9 and also I need to configure itwith the test line I wish to buy.

Please help so I can test today my off day, I'm working tommorow

Well I have read it now and that link to that fellow credo123 tells me that I am not allowed there or the content has been removed. Why don't you make it so easy as to inform us of this long process in a separate page when we are buying through paypal?

I must say that I am new here and it is not good practice in any business that offers a technical service to have billing problems even before the service has begun.

What did you deposit and where? You are the first user who does not understand the description of how to pay using PayPal in the billing system.
I think, you have to read the description again and again. It is provided in the billing system. Don't forget to click "Pay using PayPal", description will be opened in a new window (wow, even with video tutorial!!!)

I followed the video to the second and ultimately paid through paypal and the transaction was sucessful. Immediately I could see my balance which is still visible. So that means you have it in your paypal account and your interface recognises that. But I cannot subscribe because I am being asked to make a deposit. How can you ask me to deposit when your interface shows me my balance on one hand and the subscription does not notice this balance? My subscription link is in red.

If you see that your deposit was successfull (to the left menu above the words DEPOSIT), procede with purchasing a package you want. From the left menu, select Purchase package (s) and start browsing the packages. When you find the package required, press BUY and select the period and protocol (cemd3 or newcamd) from the drop down menu. That's all. After you click BUY, you will be asked a confirmation. Your subscription will start next morning 6:00 Moscow time. Read also all news provided in the billing- what you can do and what you cannot do.

It seems like I ultimately managed to connect only to get disabled. Why was I disabled?  I waited until well after 3.20 UK time to start fidgeting with this box, that would have been well past 6.00 Moscow time according to the rules. Have I broken a different rule? Please let me know which one I have broken. I think you should have a page where all these rules are printed collectively because they are scattered all over this forum. I keep finding new ones buried here and there. If you let me know what transgression I have comitted I will definitely avoid it in future..

As I am only a day old baby, you should understand that I am not yet conversant with the regulations you have laid down and if something like this occurs it will be out of ignorance rather than out of bad intentions. My wish is initially to test so we can have a wonderful relationship thereafter if I am satisfied with the service.

Believe me, English forum is not Russian one- this is not a forest where you can easily get lost. Only 5-6 threads and detailed description of almost everything.

P.S. As i know, you purchased your subscription for camd3 protocol. Suddenly, you changed it to newcamd without waiting until the next morning 6:00 (Moscow time). Though, in the billing, it is written that all changes in subscription (protocol, etc) become active from the next morning. You have not read this and, of course, you didn't know this.
Now, you start telling that you are a day old baby... Hm, very good. A day old babies shall learn how to write A, B, C, and only then start doing something.
