Problém uClan D-Box 4K CI+ and KEEPALIVE

Hi. I have a uClan D-Box 4K CI+ satellite receiver and this receiver is not Linux. There is no possibility to set CWS_KEEPALIVE anywhere.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
Because I need to set the value to 300
