Hi,
unfortunately the channel "Sky Sport News HD" doesn't work (I think they enabled encryption two days ago).
Also both channels "Sky Sport HD 1" and "Sky Sport HD 2" are freezing very often. Maybe this is because the German football league started five minutes ago and many people are watching the games now?
I'll make myself familiar with creating a log and it'll be provided.

Does the log show any problems, I mean there are ECM times about 5737ms?
I've also downloaded the lists from you signature and I saw that their content differs from http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=24539.0 because there is a X: { 18 33 } entry in ignore.list and there is no mapping to CAID 1702 for all channels in the replace.list. Could you please compare that and tell me what to do?

For Ddeamboxes (all models), there is no need in mapping since receiver firmware maps caids without additional "lists". The lists provided were created by the Moderator.
5737ms is tooooo much and can be critical to open the channel.
For example, for SkyUk, response tome shall be less than 200ms.

It seems very strange to me, because there was only a problem with the channels I've stated and this was exactly when the German footbal games started. Is it possible that too many people watched these channels?

I don't know exactly what can you do. Moderator did all possible to improve the quality (including the speed of channels opening). Check also SNR - what is % of signal strength?

It's about 99% and more than 16dB, so that's not the problem.
It seems that the ECM times generally did improve now. I don't know if that is because of adding the list files or simply because currently there are no football games, but the future will show.
Two last questions:
- Would a server change make sense if there are ECM problems again or is this unimportant?
- Could you please have a look into channel "Sky Sport News SD/HD", because it remains black?

Probably, try to change server (3 times per month) and you will see if there is any difference.

If any channel is blackscreened, probably they (provider) changed SID. Have a look at the channel SID and post it here. When Moderator is available, he will add the new SID and, hopefully, the channel will open.

ich hab hier zwar noch kein Sky-Deutschland gebucht, kann also nix dazu sagen was das Dekodieren hier angeht, aber die SID von Sky Sport News HD ist die 006C. Der Sender ist ja noch recht neu, letzten Monat aufgeschaltet (Astra1, 12304h, 27500, 9/10 s2-qpsk) und war bis letzten Donnerstag oder Freitag zur Einführung noch unkodiert :)
Die SD-Variante von Sky Sport News ersetzte Sky Sport Info auf 11720h und hat auch die selbe SID 0011 wie vormals der Portal-Kanal. War bis Ende der Woche ebenfalls FTA

Yes however, the SIDs is 006C for Sky Sport News HD (CAID 1833) and 0011 for the SD version of Sky Sport News.
The channel was launched in December 2011 and FTA until last thursday or friday.
The sd version is using the same parameter as the former portal channel Sky Sport Info, the HD channel uses Astra1, 12304h, 27500, 9/10 s2-qpsk

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but "Sky Sport HD 2" freezes very often on server 3. Maybe it is because of the two highlights "ManCity - Tottenham" and "Arsenal - ManU" which are being broadcasted live. :-\
My system can't be the reason, because other channels achieve ecm times about 600ms - 3500ms and don't freeze.
Suma, I think the problems started when Moderator went on vacation and it would be nice, if he could maintain the system when coming back home?

The ecm times have become better for "Sky Sport HD 2" and the freezes stopped. Now the ecm times are jumping between 900 - 4000ms which probably is still not perfect, but it works.
I am sure Moderator will find and fix the problems, as everything worked perfectly fine before he went on vacation.

I am just talking to him online, and show him your log. As reply, he checked the channels and provided his log (in my reply above). His conslusion - bad internet. Check also if no torrents or other downloads are active, but general conclusion is bad internet. In this case, solution is - change internet provider and check again.

Maybe my ping is the reason for the problems (50ms, sometimes higher). Perhaps most of the users have a better ping and therefore their requests are answered first -> no freezes for them.

I have today again problems with the sky port hd 1 channel. Like Damire wrote this only occurs during the live broadcast of the soccer league. My configuration is the one provided here in the forum. Also the K parameter is set to 7.
It freezes for a few seconds every 5-10 minutes.
Perhaps you can check this directly, the live broadcast is still active for 45 minutes...

I have observed the same problem in the same time (as described above). Unfortunatelly I don't have a log, but it tooked too much time to receive data from the server (some times more than 4000-5000ms and than it frezzes).

In the nearest time (1-2 days), we'll change CAID from 1702 to 1833 and see what happened.
We'll try to filter fake requests sent by the tuners during those big games, and if we are lucky- no freezes will be recorded at all. The problem may be in the extra (sub-services) launched during big games. Provider can launch several additional TV channels. That may be the reason of freezes. OK, we'll see.

hi all i have done some testing on this and the problem must be the server because i have a key from another server when i put that key in no problems what so ever all the sports channels are working 100% with no frezzing and when i change the key back to cardsharing.cc dose nothing but frezzes so this needs to be fixed on your side all other channels no problem just sly.uk sports channels.
