I have just recently got my package. There is one really annoying thing, tv narration for people with sight problems is turned on, its a head wreck. Everytime I try and watch something this woman keeps explaining whats going on in the scene its driving me up the wall. Would you be able to fix this or is there a reason for it being turned on?

The "problem" has nothing to do with cardsharing. Try turning the subtitles off . Check your manual for the subtitles button, for dreambox try the yellow buttno.
