Hi, I'm using openbox s9 hd and some channels are not working. I tried vip poland, nc+ and now I got polsat subsription and on all of them some channels are not working. Could you help please?

Hi, I solved my previous problem and it was working perfect till today. Don't know what happened but all chanels stopped working. I checked my subscription history and I found this
Requests received 472
Requests decoded 169
Requests rejected 303
- Channel not decoded 279
- Requests filtered 24
Any suggestions what could happen?

Hi my package stopped working. Had some issues with my IP been blocked last few days (not sure why). Seems to be ok now but my polsat package stopped working.
Could you look into it? Thanks

I checked your connections statistics, there is no violations.
Connections were done from 2 IP addresses:

The channel is working for me at NC+ subscription (Conax encryption).
Enter the billing and check your connections history. I do not see any errors with you.

Hi,
Requests received 0 means that server has received NO requests from your receiver.
Requests decoded 0 consequently, if no requests were sent, nothing to decode.
Your receiver is not connected to the server. Have you checked ping and route to the server? Are you sure that your receiver is connected to internet?

KeepAlive requests 19 = looks like connection is established and maintained
EMM requests 1 looks like a small misconfiguration and your receiver sends out card-updates to the server what is not allowed
you do have a valid subscription for that account/username (and not for any other username) ?
a friend of mine had some problems to transfer the money in time for prolonging so his subscription ended. In his case the statistic looks exactly the same: 0 requests send or decoded using Mgcamd and newcamd protocol but keep alive was listed + on the right side where you see the connections to every port it said "forbidden port" but the receiver was connected to all of them. And of course the warning that rule #1 was violated, you should see that message.

1. Be sure that emulator is up and running
2. Check if internet is available and active in your receiver
3. Be sure that LAN-cable is connected to receiver and router
4. Restart router
5. Be sure that right nameserver (DNS) is specified in "Network settings" of your receiver, additionally to ip address, subnetwork mask and gateway. Typically, it is similar to ip address of the gateway. Either, you may add 8.8.8.8 to DNS field.
6. Compare sharing settings specified in your receiver with those provided in "My subscription" of the billing, be sure that emulator settings were not erased.
7. Be sure that letter register (smAll, CAPItAL) is correct in your login and password.
8. Be sure that in connection data of your receiver, there is no additional spaces or other symbols.
Check if your IP is blocked by the server or not. For this, run command line on your PC and type «ping servername». Instead of "servername" word, set domain name of the server. If you received response measured in milliseconds, your IP is not blocked by the server.

Problem resolved!
I have uninstalled OSCAM and then installed it again, but this time with different revision number.
I suspect that an OSCAM was keeping old configuration in memory for some reason. After modifying config files and restarting OSCAM, some modified/deleted information was back again.

I have just started testing your services and it was a good start. If the connection will be reliable I will stay with you.
