How can I purchase options for branching to a second decoder? The first one lost communication with the service, I want to test on the second decoder, or can I use the active subscription for second decoder or do I need to buy something and change to use the other?

Hi, you need to unplug your 1 reciver completely and use active subscription for the second receiver. No need to buy something. The only thing is that your first receiver shall be unplugged completely from electric power and network.

Thank you. There is problem. On 1 or 2. decoder I have right list of channels but no graphic and sound... Every network settings are ok. Direction of satellite is ok.  Where do I have to find problem?

2. What are your decoders?
3. What do you mean by "lost communication with the server"? Maybe, there is no active subscriptions? Have you checked in the billing, "My subscription" sub-menu?
It is difficult to give you any response when I have actually NO information neither about your subscriptions nor about your equipment.

Some recommendations:
Be sure that emulator is active and running
Check if Internet connection is available in your receiver
Be sure that LAN cable is connected to your receiver and router
Reboot router
Be sure that in network settings of your receiver, except for ip address, mask of subnetwork and gateway, correct nameserver (DNS) is specified. Typically, it's the same ip address that the gateway has. Either, you may add 8.8.8.8 to the DNS field.
Compare sharing settings in the receiver with those specified in the billing, "My subscription" submenu, be sure that emulator settings are available and have not been erased.
Be sure that letters' register is OK in your login and password (smAll, caPital)
Be sure that settings data do not contain extra spaces or other symbols
Check if your IP has not been banned by the server. For this, run command line on your PC and type "ping servername", replacing the word "servername" with the domain name of the server. If you received a response measured in milliseconds, it means that your ip address was not banned by the server

I did every step, everything is right. Problem is still unsolved... I can add, that my brother has the same problem in other location than mine.
Really, I don't know what's going on.

1. The question was - how to branch to a second decoder. As far as I understood (correct me, please, if I am mistaken), you have 2 decoders (receivers), one of which is not working (lost communication).
2. You want to test your subscription on the second decoder (receiver).

My advice was to unplug completely your first decoder and, using your login-password, check (test) the second one.
I think that either your NBoxes are not set up properly (both), or there is no internet connection in the both boxes because I see no connections to the server under your login.
Can your receiver enter internet? Did you try to connect Google or whatever possible via your receivers?
Have you tried a free test on the both receivers? Is it working?

Hi again,

I have 2 receivers, but any of two aren't work. Yes, i Tried free test, without success. You can see no connection because yesterday i didn't prolong subscription.
First receiver is completly unpluged for test second. Any of those cannoct work, even my brother's the same as third receiver. We are not living together, so we are using different internet connection. Something went wrong. Any setting weren't changed.

You need to address your questions to the technical support of your receiver(s). Find any NBox support forum and ask there - why internet is not working in your receiver, etc.
