WebMoney deposit not processed

Hi suma,

Yesterday I made a deposit using webmoney and my balance still hasn't increased. Is it normally taking that long or there is a problem?

I had to use webmoney as my credit card company is not allowing 3ds authentication for onpay and liqpay (saying it's for security reasons). I will call them on Monday about this issue...

Hi, how did you do that? Can you describe the whole procedure in details? Did you use Webmoney directly or via other payment system (onpay.ru)?

I used webmoney directly and paid from my webmoney purse 7usd through the webmoney keeper lite.
Is this not the admin's account?

My purse is 7usd less, so i guess the money did go through...

Do you know that direct payments from purse to purse are not allowed? Only via billing system (deposit - select the payment method (Webmoney in your case) - pay) http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=2337.msg5759#msg5759

I did not use direct payment! How would i know admin's id numbet? I used the webmoney payment option on the billing website, it's the first option there!
By directly i meant that i did not use onpay and then webmoney...

If your payment has been lost, send e-mail to the Moderator including all your payment details. He will find it and deposit your balance manually. It's very rare case when WM payments are lost. Typically, payments are momentarily.
