but Nova sport 3 HD 0FBA:1886 and Nova sport 4 HD 07DE:0B1C only black screen ... are this programs included in VIP czech package?

no Nova sport 3 HD and Nova sport 4 HD are available in the package. Only 2 NOVA channels are available - Nova sport 1 HD and TV Nova HD. Where did you find those channels from?

But chanels on 0,8W, freq: 1977H, 12015H, 12245H included in package "Digi Tv SK" are unable to decode:
Nova Sport 3 HD, Nova sport 4 HD, Premier Sport 2 HD, ...

but this is NOT proposal for new channels,
We are asking, why those channels are unable to decode, they should be decoded because these channels belong to Digi TV.
Or am I missunderstood something ?

News from 2017-03-10:
+ The following channels launched in test mode: Box Nation, LFC TV and Racing UK HD from 28E. The channels can be accessed in Sky UK + extra packs 28E and VIP ALL ULTRA.
+ SK and HU channels added to UPC Direct 1W package. These channels are provided without guarantee!
+ NOS 30W package added.
+ DiGi (HU+RO) 1W package added - only Hungarian and Romanian can be accessed!
+ Focus Sat 1W package added. The package can be accessed by VIP ALL and VIP ALL ULTRA subscribers.
+ Bulsatcom 39E package added. The package can be accessed by VIP ALL and VIP ALL ULTRA subscribers.
According to the news dated 2017-03-10 (!!!) so far, "only Hungarian and Romanian can be accessed".
It depends on our subscription card and encryption used by the channels you are asking about. Different cards - different contracts - different subscriptions - different encryptions. We understand that they should be decoded because these channels belong to Digi TV, but it's the provider policy - to split subscriptions according to the location (residence). We can do nothing in this case. We have what we have...
