No, I cannot specify all working services, as they are changing every time.
You know, NOVA is changing chids very frequently. If they change parameters, we need to change our ignore, priority, etc.
Service is not guaranteed, and you will be able to watch only those channels which can be opened.
To zap channels faster, you need camd3 protocol and camd3 emulator. Only in this case, channels will be opened faster.

If changes on chaids are very frequent this will be most helpful.

1. Yes, you will see black screen if Priority/Ignore/Replace lists for NOVA aren't correct.
2. If changes on chids are very frequent and NOVA cards are dead frequently, there is nothing to edit at all.
At the moment, use the Priority/Ignore/Replace lists provided on the forum and make all necessary changes provided also on the forum.

The Moderator will check- if the cards are dead, we'll never see these channels again. Service is not guaranteed, I 'll repeat again. If some channels cannot be watched due to card failure, so, we'll never see them again.

Hello.
A new Service called Novacinema Christmas is coming from 17 December until 8 January.
Is it possible to clear this Service ?
Also the ALTER service is currently "out of order" (for long time as it looks like) the station is bankrupted, no need to clear this service any longer.

I' have a DM500 S with GP Enigma1 and CCam 2.1.1(sharing from another provider) I decided to subscribe to Hotbird VIP from this forum, So I installed MgCamd 1.35 (using DDC + manual installation from Blue Panel). Although the installation was successful i can not see the MgCamd 1.35 on Camd list. I can only see Common Interface and CCcam 2.1.1. Can you please help me with this issue.
P.S.Do you still face problems with NOVA? (Asking since is the number one reason of having DM)

For DM500, use mgcamd 1.31. Use also ignore, priority lists from our server, they are required as NOVA has ChIDs.

install not successful for e1-mgcamd_1.31_081031.tar.gz, Tried another .raz file provided from another external source but with no luck. Can you help me please, its weird since with 1.35 i had an installed successfully message but could not find it. Is there is something i could do or should i try flashing the DM over with something else?

Confirmed also by another friend, NOVA not working and if you leave the channel on you may get temporarily banned due to many reconnection attempts. Do we have any update if it will be back soon?

NOVA is not full, you're right. Some channels don't work, some channels- do.

No, nothing will help in this case. If the channels are OK- they will be OK at any receiver (DVB card) using ignore-priority lists. The chids from above are already added. Depends on how your receiver understands chids and sorts them.

Yes it works almost OK for most channels.
Just to let you know that we are most interested in stability of the channels and not the number of channels that clear.
If you could probably focus on these 10 channels that would be great.

What was possible to do with this package, is already done. The channels are stable. Anyway, i have not noticed any freezes or interruption in the channels' broadcasting.
Please remember that package is not 100% guaranteed; however, it is stable (the remaining channels of the whole package).

The main reason for ban can be bad internet connection. Check whether you download something using torrent or similar when watching TV.

Unfortunately, no.
NOVA introduced anti-cardsharing policy and we planned to stop sharing the package at all.
The remaining cards can be used to open only a few channels

That is why NOVA is without guarantee and not complete. 1 card = 2 channels only.
Simple arythmetics- calculate how many cards we need to buy and how many subscribers we have to attract in order to cover all expenses and even get some profit. The topic (including voting) was closed a long time ago. Moreover, payments via PayPal are stopped fore users from Greece. Sorry. No plans for future.

Did you wait till the next morning (6:00 AM) when camd3 protocol becomes active? Or your just change protocol via the billing and connected immediately?

All the remaining files shall be unchanged.
Be sure that camd3 is activated in your menu of emulators.
restart emu and start watching. That's all you need.
If you fail this time, change firmware. We recommended using Domica image (firmware).

Just to let know people here about the temporary ban. It happened to me also for sky uk package and guess what, it was becasue late evenings I have marginal reception for some frequencies for Astra 28E and this caused the receiver to lose signal for some seconds and so on and reconnect to server when the signal came back. This happened a lot of times so i got I temporary ban.
So a temporary ban can be triggered generally for frequent reconnects

There is not so much channels left. I think, you can check by yourself. Those channels which are still OK, must be kept separately in your list of favorites.
Unfortunately, we cannot even change the "dead" channels with the ones which are still alive (i offerred to replace NOVA cinema and sports with the good ones, but the Moderator is afraid if he starts doing something, the remaining channels might be killed as well).

I now that you alway doing your best and I am sure that you know how many vip_hotbird are bought for nova only.
Also keep in mind that the few channels that remained are useless.Nova Cinema and Sports are the ones that we all care about.All the others can be seen through terrestrial or even from another bouquet.

I have already bought myself about 4 packages. For me and friends. I also know many people that were asking me about NOVA which have again purchased VIP_Hotbird only for Nova Cinema and Sports.
As another member said in this topic, you already know that VIP Hotbird has been so much sold because of this. Wait and see the sales next months...

I have checked NOVA Cinema and Sports, the channels were working in the morning. What do you mean by "bring back"? We have brought them back. If the channels do not work for you, provide your log-file and complete your signature. I never know what is your receiver, protocol, emulator, etc. Please obey the rules of our forum and you will receive full and qualified reply.
By the way, this is your only message re: NOVA for today. I heard no one claim since Friday.
Or, can anybody confirm that NOVA Cinema and Sports do not work??!

during last days i have too many freezes on Nova Cinema. It is impossible to follow a film.
I know that nova services are not guaranty but i never face such a problem so far.

For me, only Cinema 1 & Sports 1 are working. For all the other channels I get a message "Service not found". Do I have to do a sat scan in order to get more channels ??? Any ideas ???

They worked for 24 hours about. Eeverything is down again.

Service not found means that you need to rescan satellite. On NOVA Sports 7, new frequences are provided. I think, NOVA is doing domething. Some channels are working but signal is up and down each time - very unstable. In many channels, EPG says TECHNICAL UPDATE - probably NOVA is doing some technical works. Visit their official site and read news, maybe it's clear up the situation. Moreover,some channels are openned faster, the other ones- longer (Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, E!Entertainment, Fox Life, etc.).

I deleted ignore-priority at all, some channels are zapping faster, but sometimes i need to wait too. Nothing can be done with this. In general, NOVA is working and this is good.

NOVA is getting down. We have 4 cards blocked. In the future, you will be able to watch less and less channels. Be ready that we delete NOVA from our server at all. News are not so good, but it's true. It was announced that NOVA is not guaranteed and that is why it was included only in VIP packages without any guarantee as a free bonus. Soon, the free bonus will disappear at all.

Suma we know there is problem, but believe me in September when Greek Superleague begins you are going to sell VIP Hotbird a lot.
If it was not for NOVA no one would pay 10$ per month.
I propose to do your best to keep it alive and moreover try to add some OTE packages inside! If you add OTE packages many people would buy it even for 15$.

We keep NOVA alive - i.e. the remaining channels. If they are gone as well, NOVA will be stopped for selling and will be deleted from any VIP package as well.
Re: OTE - impossible. It is shared even worse than NOVA.
You don't understand the words "without 100% guarantee". Nobody asks you pay 10USD/month, and you should realize that without guarantee is without guarantee.
If you don't want to pay 10$/month, buy an official NOVA card and enjoy.
I am not going to discuss this stupid thing again and again.
Finally, you are welcome to find any other server in internet and use it. Nobody cares about those 10$/month. And we are not newbies on this market not to understand that if you leave, we would loose a lot of income.
Please understand again that we have no idea what is on NOVA mind. They can do anything, and they do not causion us in advance.
We know that you want, but we can't...
