I'm a new owner of VIP ALL Package but Sky IT don't work. On all channels I receive timeout-messages. Is that problem existing on all users? Other packages areworking well only on Sky IT all channels are getting timeout.

I confirm the problem with server2 and server3 and with 2 different ADSL connections

ADSL 1 connect to server2 and ADSL 2 connect to server3 have the freeze in the same moment.
