No Signal from Antenna and cannot view any channels

Hello Friends

I do not receive any channels and my receiver is GI S8120 and the green light indicating the active connection is not working!!!

Can any one help me how to solve and what to do?

According to the title of your post - No Signal from Antenna - I can assume that you need to fine tune your dish.

Hi Suma!

Can you advise how does one fine tune the disc because i have not made any changes in Antenna

Do you have some old post so that i can use it to solve the problem

First of all, are you sure that there is no signal from antenna?
Let us start from the beginning. Have you read FAQ sub-forum? Have you completed your signature? Are FTA channels working for you? I have absolutely no information re:your subscription, etc. Or, you think that I will ask you questions one by one?
Read the forum (start fron the FAQ), complete your signature, and we'll continue discussing your issues.

FTA never worked for me earlier and not even today !

There is no connection from Antenna as green light is not seen on GI S8120 receiver

I have updated my signature

My package is

SkyUK never worked since April but now for last 10 days nothing is working

I dont know how to ping or understand the status of receiver as i am using internet normally on other devices

Thanks for the information! but any link for repairing the connection from Antenna and still i do not receive any signal

the frequency for all the satellite is showing

Ask the person who installed the dish to adjust it according to your subscription. Q means quality of signal, it is zero. It means that there is no signal from the dish and it needs to be adjusted thoroughly (fine)

I spoke to the guy who had installed Antenna dish in my home and he told me it cannot be repaired!
So is there a way of discontinuing services and getting the money back?
