I have big problém.I lost my subscription and i dont know why.where is the problem.

Can you tell me what happend?

I have pay my subrscription half year but i dont know when is the end.But you dont send me to notification email

If you cannot see your subscription in the billing, it means that it is already finished and half-year passed.
