Sky UK HD (no extra packs) - Channel 5?

Hi,

I have the Sky UK HD (no extra packs) but I am unable to receive Channel 5 HD nor Nick Jnr 2. I originally had  Sky UK HD + ViewAsia + ZeeTV + Geo + BT Sport 28E package and both the channels worked.

I've double checked the channels and they are definetly the correct frequency. I tried another servers details with the same channels and they worked, so it seems to be an issue with the server?

Channel 5 HD is part of the standard channels (HD) listed for the package.. and Nick Jnr 2 is also part of the package...

Its a skybox f5 so cant provide logs as it doesnt provide the functionality.

Any help would be appreciated.

2. Re: Nick Jnr 2 - I have no information, let us wait for other users with similar subscription to confirm that Nick Jnr 2 is not working... As an advice - try to delete it and rescan the channel again.

Sorry, I did search and found another thread (which I originally replied in) but there was no answer there and I didn't see the thread you linked to.
