ok... so what we do, are you extend my subscription when it will be back or will refund me money for next 1.5 month....?
I would rather want watch it than want refund

You may freeze your subscription via billing. Enter the billing, in the "My subscription" section, you will find "Freeze" button.

How will I find out when is back to work? you should have some kind of update board or email subscibers as searching forum is far from good idea

I noticed two channels of Platforma N are working. These are NPremium 3 and Npremium 4. Does it mean, that we can expect Platforma N to be restored soon or they are scrambled with old system?

Hi, which encryption is used? Have you noticed if they are opened with Nagra, or Conax, or which encryption?

It shows Seca and Conax on my receiver, however it looks very strange. It was opened yesterday, but when I looked this morning, it is not available. It has happened few times for over two weeks time. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, but only those two channels, because the rest of the channels is scrambled. It may be that they test something and I will see those channels working at the end of today again.

As you know, only Conax channels are temporarily disabled (?). I will check this and clarify from the Moderator.

It is back again, and it is Conax and Videoguard not Seca, but this is the same ones as on all Platforma n channels.
Why those two works and others don't?

all these channels are encrypted with Conax and Viaccess. They shouldn't work. Probably, they enable them in the promotional purposes for a short time. We know for sure, that these channels shouldn't work at the time.

Hi,
We do not know even approximate date because it depends on some circumstances. In the News and Announcements, we have stated that the users can apply for refund to the Moderator. The situation with N is still unclear.

Who told you that mgcamd 1.38 is used with our server? Change it to 1.35

Who told you that mgcamd 1.38 is used with our server?

My expirience with mgcamd 1.38 in June and July on Platforma N. All of the channel from this package  worked perfectly with mgcamd 1.38
