Hi folks,
I've a problem to configure my ET4000 (OpenPLI) and MGCamd 1.35. I'm using the recomended config files for Mgcamd emulator and the default mg_cfg (edited the IP). I inserted the CWS Key (Trial) in newcamd.list. Made a reboot, switched to the given trial channel, but the screen is black. Anyone an idea or a fitting config?
By default there is no newcamd.list in /var/keys (but I created it). I found the file in /etc/tubox/config.

This is not the problem of MgCamd installation, this is problem of your receiver firmware. Look through the support forums of your receiver, maybe you will find how to install and adjust MgCamd.

I'm using Open PLI (Build 2013/01/25 22:28). Is it such exotic? This is available for different platforms (VU+, DM XXX). I installed the MgCamd1.35 Plugin within the menu of OpenPLI.

No, it is not exotic. It's a normal image. However, as i can see from your post, something is wrong, cause the image does not work with your receiver. That is why i suggest that you have to address your question to any support forum of your receiver and find out- why it is not working properly. Or, wait for the reply of any user who has similar receiver.

It's working. It's B: { 06 } in the mg_cfg.
So the next challenge is money transfer from Germany.

Can you tell me the steps, to configure the xtrend 4000 for a free test. what have you done?
Openpli 4 and mgcamd 1.35a is installed.
