protek 9750hd newcamd problems

hi there all, new poster to forum.

i am having issues with my protek 9750 hd box with the newcamd option. i have a server that i have paid a sub for it worked for the trial and then 2 days afterwards, now does not work. according to server host all settings his end are ok.


 i have heard these boxes are not to good for newcamd is this true? i have tried all firmwares from factory upto current 3.00.20. my loader is 3.01 and hardware 1.2.

i cant understand why it works fine for 2 days then stops for no reason. any trial lines i get, work first time.

is there any way to put cccam or update newcamd on this box.
