many freezes on sky

I have many freezes on sky, orf and srg...4 in 2 hours and now all was black for around 3 minutes. And in evening time it seems there are generally more freezes. Are there any general problems or its my connection?.. but a client that i refered has the same problem like me so i am not the only one.
