I have problem, i cant  open same packages:
BIS France 13E
Canal Digitaal Sat 19E
Digital+ HD Spain 19E
Polsat Cyfrowy HD 13E
TV Cabo 30W
Канал Украина, Футбол Украина 5E
TV Vlaanderen 19E

Somethimes freezes - Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W (fin)

Hi,
To be sure that the problem is from our side, we need log-file of the channels which could not be opened.

Hi suma,
I have problem, first i used DM 500hd, now is rotten, i sended  him to repair.
Now im using 1 day diferent receiver FERGUSON 202e.
Today i got email "Your IP has been temporarily disabled due to server rules violation"
What i have to do, i cant using different receiver, im using just one, no two?

thanks in advice for your answer,.
untill answer i will not using my spare receiver for watching scrambled channels from you.

Hi,

xtruex told you right. I am a specialist of Ferguson Receivers and i can absolutely confirm that this following Receivers from Ferguson are causing cascades and i recommend strongly to you, dont use this receivers any more with cs server if you dont wanna have a ban:

Ferguson Ariva 100

Ferguson Ariva 200

Ferguson Ariva 102E

Ferguson Ariva 202E
There is a build in stupid Firmware and its basically the same like each model with various optical layouts.

when you like Ferguson i can recommend you this Models:

i did mail, but i dont undertand what is goin on...,I think im using your server 3 months,i dont to do nothing with my receiver, im only watching, but i got this email from 12.10.2012,
12.10.2012 17.00 CET  until when i was off of yours server i was watching TRT, after that i got email from you,until today i dint used it ,today 15.12. is working again well (13.10.2012 -14.10 i was off)

Hi suma, i have again same problem allready more than 1 weak, but im using same things, i dont to do nothing with my receiver ,im just using from my beggining .please what i have to do, because i dont now what is wrong.I dont want my account will be closed.
This thinks last time hapened, when i was posted here in forum...,that is why i dont like to write to forum.

Now is see email again, but was night i slept i didnt watched tv, receiver was swich off...

Thank you suma so match, because i realy dont now...,last weak for this problems-emails  i also change my rooter for new one i thouth maybe internet conection....
One more think: in that time(disability) i was waching FTA chanel BBC2 Scotlant from 19.30cet , after that about 20.35cet i like to watch next chanel and was disabilited.
Maybe this informacion  help...

My advice- change your password in the billing (and, accordingly, in your receiver settings). Probably, your account has been stolen by some hackers. If you have DreamBox, change also password for DB.
Did you check- what is your actual IP address with the one specified in the message? Are they similar or different?

IP is same.
Now i was change many times swich off and swich onn my rooter,maybe is helped...?
I will wait until tomorow if i will get next email i will do thinks like you were writen, but is not so easy for me...

Seems that your DM is sending some requests to the server for the port(s) which is extra (not deleted) from your newcamd.list
I asked you to check and compare again your newcamd.list and the billing (My subscription) - port by port.
Most likely that some ports are extra and need to be deleted from your newcamd.list
After checking and deleting extra port (if any), don't forget to restart emulator.
In your message, you told that you prolonged your subscription. Did you prolong it or bought a new one? Is the new subscription teh same as was the old one?

It does not depend on router or whatever technically. Only the following things may happen:

1) You have different ports in your newcamd.list and in the billing. Connecting to the wrong port No. is considered connection to the server without valid subscription.
Example: You have port 11110 in your newcamd.list, but in your billing, it is 11112. Do you feel the difference?

2) Different server No.
Example: In your newcamd.list, it is server 5, but in your billing, it is server 3.

Check again and again- line by line, port by port, server by server and if you find any difference, amend it and restart emulator.

I prolong old subscription 6 months ago... from beggining i didnt to do nothing with my setting.

Very bad. How do you know that settings are the same? Did you compare them with those in the billing? Moderator changes port No. without any notification. Even if you are sure that settings are the same, enter the billing and compare them to be sure!

You were banned from 10 PM to 2 AM, because you were trying to connect port XXX06, which was not used for more than a year!!!
Yesterday, the port became active and now is used for some package you are not interested in.
As I told you- check and compare your data from newcamd.list with the data available in the billing. You tried to argue again and again.
It took 11 months (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) for me to make you believe that port No. can be changed any time, and you have to check and amend your settings! Look at your first posts dated OCTOBER, 2012 - with the same issue!
Next time, if you have similar problem, I personally will ban you forever... Don't ignore advices given by admins!

I apologize for any inconvenience I think I did all that was necessary, yes you were right error was in newscamlist was not same as billing list...
To my defense I must point out that Im only user, I dont now as  get to the receiver, I had one man , who now showed me how to do it, so I can check often osobne.este once apologized.
