Confusion about new account/package

I just signed up, funded my account and purchased a package, now I am a bit confused about when I am allowed to use my puchased package.

This is the information I have gathered from the different posts here on the forum:

Warning:
 - if you failed to subscribe before ХХ H 55 M, please don't try to connect the server within the nearest "full" hour. You'll have to wait till its end, otherwise your IP address will be blocked for up to 2 hours for violation of the rule - connecting the server without valid subscription;
 - only those subscriptions purchased within the first hour before the first activation will be activated! Subscriptions purchased later by 1,2..5 hours will be activated next day at 6:00 (Moscow time) only.

My question is:
When can I use my subscription?
The following is the most confusing:

What is this "first hour before the first activation"?

I have purchased my subscription at 16:11, now I put the config files with my account information on my set-top box at 18:03 and switch my set-top box to the new cam at 18:07, is this allowed?
Or is this not "first hour before the first activation"?

Isn't it possible to have a 'light' that is either red or green of color, on My subscription page?

Hi,
I see that you read all posts regarding payments and activation thoroughly. BUT
You have not paid attention to the posts' date.
the very first link quoted in your post was dated back to 25 Августа 2006 (August 25, 2006) when our server was just organized. So, I think that you have to trust the latest posts re:payment and activation, namely: http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=24086.0
Also, if you enter the billing system, you must see the announcement on the very first page under the title Subscription is activated every hour! First day is FREE!

I think, the discussion you started has no ground.

Some clarification, if you did not understand:

Example:
You registered in the billing on February 1, 2012 at 12.30.
You purchased your first subscription at 12.45 of the same date.
It means, that your first subscription will become active already at 13.00 (the first nearest hour after you purchased your subscription) and after 13.00, you are able to watch TV. The first day of your subscription will be considered free (bonus from the server), though in the billing, you will see that your subscription starts from February 2, 2012. (1.02.2012 is bonus to your subscription!)
If you were late and purchased your first subscription at 13.20, it will become active from the next morning after 6:00 AM (Moscow time).
